All camps begin with parent drop off at 6:30 PM on the day your child’s camp begins.

All camps end with a program for the parents and supper beginning at 4:00 PM on the day your child’s camp ends.

There is a $50 deposit required at the time of registration. The deposit is not refundable.

You will receive a confirmation within 2 weeks of registering your child for camp.

We have a comprehensive safety plan in the event of an emergency including weather, health, safety, etc…

Approximately 4 weeks prior to your child’s camp: You will receive a 1) health form and 2) a form indicating to whom your child can be released and 3) balance of your account(by email or regular mail) All forms must then be completed and turned in to camp and complete payment received 2 weeks prior to the start of your child’s camp.

Sibling and Friend discounts are available for week long camps.

Sibling Discounts apply to the second, third, etc… child attending weeklong camp. The discount amount is $25. Note: siblings do not qualify as friends and visa versa for discount application. All siblings must live in the same household. However, your child may qualify for both the sibling and friend discounts by bringing a sibling and friend to weeklong camp.

Friend Discounts are available to the child that brings a friend to camp. Only one child can utilize the discount for that person, but may bring as many friends and receive the discount for each friend. The discount is $25 for each friend that actually attends. Your child may qualify for both the sibling and friend discounts by bringing a sibling and friend to weeklong camp.

Any money remaining in the camp store will be donated to our scholarship fund. There are no store refunds.

If your child has any special needs, life events or behaviors that require additional attention or resources, be sure to inform the camp director! We want to help your child have the best camp experience possible!

Camp Oasis is an amazing opportunity for your child to gain independence and maturity in a safe, fun and exciting environment. Therefore, please let us determine if your child needs to call home. We love kids and we want them to be happy! We will keep their best interests in mind as we make that decision with them.

Please do not bring snacks, electronics, cell phones or anything that would distract from their camp experience.

Only Camp Oasis pets and animals are permitted on the premises.
